I am trained in IPSRT (Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy) for managing bipolar disorder and incorporate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ERP, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop coping skills and create meaningful change. My work is grounded in strengths-based and trauma-informed practices, with a commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirmation and inclusion.
