MARY LEEMAN, MD
I am a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. I specialize in integrating psychodynamic psychotherapy with mindful medication management, which allows me the freedom to be creative in providing individualized treatment for children, adolescents, transitional age youth, and young adults- typically ages 13 to 40. While this is my primary focus, I remain open to working with individuals outside this range when clinically appropriate and aligned with their goals. My approach to mental health care is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and culturally sensitive. With empathy, curiosity, and open-mindedness, I seek to deeply understand each person with whom I enter a therapeutic relationship, serving as a guide to identify the source of suffering at its core and working collaboratively to heal deep-rooted emotional pain over time.
