I am a board certified physician associate with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a certificate of advance qualification in psychiatry. I integrate concepts from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mind-body practices in my work.

I am trauma-oriented and I believe overcoming your shame-associated wounds and building self-esteem is the path to managing your suffering. I also use medication to support the therapy process.
